i wanted to go to melbourne, cos its pretty (haha, way to choose a uni) but they didnt have pharm.

Oh hell yer I don't object to slowing down, to the conditions of a road, taking into account pedestrians, trees, dogs, weather, cars etc. However I think a blanket speed limit across the nation is a little strange.

The worst time to be on the road is at school pick-up and drop-off times, follwed by dickheads speeding in service station driveways, and shopping centre carparks.:(

Footy game today. Though we won by one point, individually I was pissed off with my performance.

1st quarter showed enough dash and inside 50's to be in the better portion of players. The couple of goal assists meant a fair few pats on the back.

2nd quarter, I was forced to tag as my opponent was as conniving as they come. He beat me on two/three occasions but I reckon it would have been far worse had i not been tagging.

3rd quarter got moved to the backline so another fitter player could look after my former opponent. Backline is something I can't really do due to lack of height and bodystrength. My opponent easily beat me on the two ocassions he had the chance too. Got pushed back to the wing, and just as I was about to find some much needed ball, got pushed in the back and landed awkwardly meaning my knee twisted. Thank god it didnt pop, but the pain was excruciating. Could be minor ligament damage. Either way, was off from about the 10 minute mark in the third quarter and all of the last with an ice pack strapped to my knee.
