wow thats complex! yeah its about how people studying primary teaching (to become teachers) are not made to do an Aboriginal studies course at uni, however they are then mandated to teach Aboriginal perspective in the curriculum but many graduates feel unprepared and unwilling to teach the subject.

You try and explain something to them and they blatently deny what you are saying because they are so concerned about not listening to you, they still dont come to a conclusion! THEN - when u have reached your boiling point and about to crack - then they turn around and admit what you have just spent the last 10 mins trying to explain with them denying it - and THEN - they have the nerve to turn around and tell you that if you had of told them that in the beginning that they wouldnt have had this problem - WTF? and then to top it all off - they say - oh well - it doesnt matter now anyway - ive done it another way! Therefore you have just wasted ALOT of time - got VERY upset and then even more angry cos they THEN tell you that they have done it another way and blame you!

OMG you are so right. I just watched the news, and they got people on a bridge with young babies, and no food, and one old guy died and all they said was try to move the body so it doesn't stink. This while Bush is flying overhead in the plane checking out the mess.

He needs to pull the troops from iraq and use them to help plus give the money he's putting into them back to his own country. Its sickening whats happening over there.

about the US thing- i dont agree. like, yeah i think it is getting less coverage, but thats just cos its not as big of a tragedy compared to what happened in Asia. The tsunami was a massive tragedy requiring heaps of money to get things back to normal. I dont know much about the American disaster but i get the impression that it was nowhere near as devastating as tsunami.
