Bondi and Coogee are for wacko Poms and Kiwis. The Shire is not an option because of their stupid God's Country attitude. That leaves Avoca and those places between the Gong and the Shire, between the cliffs and the sea. Transport to Avoca is a bit of a bitch. Pretty much leaves one area.

Yeah its pretty easy...the trains during the week end at dapto and on weekends Kiama...but eventually they'll all be Kiama then you change trains to go to G'gong, Berry and Nowra :)

2. Put the disc in the bag
3. Hard copy in the bag

If the hard copy gets wet or something, I can get the disc to print it out at uni. If the disc gets damaged, I can always retrieve the file from the uni computer labs.

f****n so pissed off f****n. i was trying to get through to get tix this morning for agessssss right, FINALLY i got though, went to pay for a table, and then the guy said the card was declined!!! i was like WTF!! stupid f****n VISA. so i tried to ring dad for his mastercard details but he wasn't answering his phone. i didn't know what to do. so i called shenelle and she was gonna get a table (cause you could only buy a whole table of 4) but she was having trouble getting through. eventually she got through but tables were sold out. she had to get standing and was only allowed to buy 2 tickets... luckily the man was nice and let her get 4. so me and swede are sorted thank god. still spewing i couldnt get a table though cause the standing tickets are behind the tables or upstairs.

i rang the credit union later today and they said their lines were down. of all the f***ing times it had to be down. i think i actually swore on the phone. c****.

I wish to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the sham that was run at the Missy Higgins concert in Adelaide on 16 Oct 05. Having checked with both Venuetix, "Group 4" security guards at the venue and this website, I was under the belief that whilst alcohol, umbrellas and chairs were not permitted, food was. Arriving at the venue we were subsequently informed that food was not permitted.

This was totally unacceptable for a number of reasons;

- This policy was only instituted at the last minute and no information or advertising was made to this effect,
- Food poses no threat or danger to any concert participants (especially since food was available within the venue), and
- Firm information was provided by a number of official sources that food was acceptable.

I can only presume that this measure was taken to ensure that concert goers were forced to purchase food within the venue at the exorbitant prices charged. By doing this, the promoters forced a virtual monopoly and ensured that maximum revenues could be extracted from Missy Higgins fans. This action certainly does not engender any goodwill towards the promoters or Missy Higgins, and is quite shortsighted.

Missy Higgins should be ashamed of such conduct and the promoters should look into such policies. If food is not permitted, this should be widely broadcast and be made known at the time of ticket purchase.

This shall be the last time I attend a Missy Higgins event or any event promoted by Eldorado Music (the promoter). Further, I shall be making both official complaint to the promoter and seeking reimbursement for the perishable food purchased which subsequently went off.

I am awaiting an official apology.

I wish to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the sham that was run at the Missy Higgins concert in Adelaide on 16 Oct 05. Having checked with both Venuetix, "Group 4" security guards at the venue and this website, I was under the belief that whilst alcohol, umbrellas and chairs were not permitted, food was. Arriving at the venue we were subsequently informed that food was not permitted.

This was totally unacceptable for a number of reasons;

- This policy was only instituted at the last minute and no information or advertising was made to this effect,
- Food poses no threat or danger to any concert participants (especially since food was available within the venue), and
- Firm information was provided by a number of official sources that food was acceptable.

I can only presume that this measure was taken to ensure that concert goers were forced to purchase food within the venue at the exorbitant prices charged. By doing this, the promoters forced a virtual monopoly and ensured that maximum revenues could be extracted from Missy Higgins fans. This action certainly does not engender any goodwill towards the promoters or Missy Higgins, and is quite shortsighted.

Missy Higgins should be ashamed of such conduct and the promoters should look into such policies. If food is not permitted, this should be widely broadcast and be made known at the time of ticket purchase.

This shall be the last time I attend a Missy Higgins event or any event promoted by Eldorado Music (the promoter). Further, I shall be making both official complaint to the promoter and seeking reimbursement for the perishable food purchased which subsequently went off.

I am awaiting an official apology.

What I do care about is that concerts and shows are promoted and advertised apropriately and that they are not falsey advertised. At the end of the day, actions such as the ones described last night harm the artist and their reputation. I stongly think that if you are really a Missy fan you would understand that this was wrong and reflects bandly on her. I totally agree that it was not her fault, nor her doing. Nevertheless, when a ship sinks, the captain is always blamed. Smae with large corporations. In this case the artist wears the blame for the actions of the promoters. It's life.

It's not a case of "shut up sook face". The promoters broke a number of basic legal tenents as applicatble to corporations law. Promissory estopple, unconscionable behaviour and false advertising. Whislt it is clearly not worth anyone pursuing this over some cheese and cracker biscuits, at the end of the day the public votes with their feet and wallets. By raising awareness people think twice, Missy will naturally look to her promoters and things will change. Rather than chastise me, look at the issues here and actually try o see who the real "fans" are.

We got street signs bearing the principal's name and stuck them next to the emblem- it just so happened that the second street sign was found in the next street down from the first sign. Destiny.
