i will be back the next day mate! as long as i have a normal delivery. My partner is going to take a month off so in that month i have to go hard out, get as much done as it wont be easy getting to the gym once he goes back to work .. although he reckons he's going to deck out my garage in all the gym gear i use so i can get rid of the membership and work out while baby sleeps .. that would be rather bloody cool

ive gone from 8-10 2 hour work outs per week to nothing. actually going to buy a bike in the next couple of weeks .. even if i sit on that for an hour a day is better than sitting on my ass .. i cant believe how much weight i gained in the last 14 weeks :( .. its so depressing ..

Yeah I know what it feels like when you haven't been to the gym for a while! I'm a gym instructor and when I was away campin for a week and then Falls I missed the gym sooooo much and then went flat out in the classes as soon as I got back!!

i went to surf club to do pointscore (a hell long swim around the cans with a run before and after), was coming in on a wave and smashed my nose and forehead into this little fat shits head. i was like OmG!@#??! you little ****** **** i ****** broke my nose. ****** hell. it was bleeding, but only a bit, so i finished the swim (i had to swim the whole way in because i fell off the wave when i smashed into him grrr), finished the run part and then asked if it was broken. apparently it isn't but it hurts heaps. it was also a bit purple. i'm convinced it's a least partly broken.
