as i said its pretty amazing for me n im proud of myself.its amazing because im so unhealthy....im not like the size of a house or nething....far from it!some ppl think im bloody anerexic! i dnt eat fruit,veg,seafood at all....only just started eating red meat again.and with all the crap i eat i dnt gain ne weight!n cause i dnt eat the right foods im always tired too.i dnt drink milk either coz i cant breathe wen i do.but anyway my point is i do this everyweek:-

8am-5pm friday.
