when you think that the odds are stacked against you but things just go right and all of a sudden what seemed like an impossible surgery just all fell into place and a lady that even the head of trauma surgery thought was a gonner is still here and doing ubelievably well!!! I feel on the top of my game!!! now just gotta get to another 30 hours on call and im one happy lady!!!

I got sent home early from work because it was busy which pissed me off because I needed the money, but as I was leaving I went to give a guy his payout on the pokies and he gave me a $50 tip. Woo Hoo! Makes up for the money I didn't get working.
