Nup, it's not a very attractive habit, and the smell is just off-putting....... though I feel sorry for people who are hooked on it, and can't quit :(

I used to smoke when I was about 16/17... maybe for a bit less than a year, so glad I realised it was the most ridiculous habit.

When I think back on it, & try to work out why I did it, the only thing I can come up with was to fit in... my mates were doing it... so I did it. Fuck that... no longer do I feel any need to conform.

if all you smokers had seen some of the feral smoker lungs that i had seen, you wouldn't smoke. bloody gross. not to mention it's a risk factor for like every cardiovascular health problem/disease. and i'm not trying to preach, if you wanna smoke, go for it, it's your choice :)

I toke up like once every two months. Sometimes when I'm over at this mate's place, we'd pass around the water pipe and smoke some scented stuff, usually apple flavour.

Not me. I did for a few months when I was 14 ..... you know how it goes, my friends did it and I didn't want to be left out of the group. The thing that stopped me was while I was smoking my last one I realized I was really enjoying it. It made me think that if I kept doing it I might never want to stop and that scared me ...... even way back then it was obvious it wasn't a good thing to do to yourself. I can't say I've never been tempted to smoke since because that's a lie ..... very scary considering I only did it for such a short time .... not planning on taking it up again though :cool:

Non smoker here :)! My grandmas condition and common sense suggests this will not change. Furthermore the stench! I hate going to bars and coming back smelling like an ash tray! The sooner they impose the bans the better it will be :D... I mean how can staff put up with those conditions...

I smoke. sometimes i wonder what is so special about it. Somehow, I like it *hides*
I know it's bad healthy wise and all, but i cant stop. Thankfully, I'm not hooked on it or anything. I'm pretty mature smoker, I dont smoke 4 packs a day. I only smoke like one cig (or pipe) 3 or 4 times month.
