if you wanna get a bit of a movie you just have to convert it to a gif using an animation program. if you want lots of pics (like in my sig) you use an animation program again, add the pictures as frames and save it as a gif file. it's all quite easy once you have the program. try jasc animation pro. you can download a trial version for free :)
