Ok.... this is Hilary Duff, from the Lizzy McGuire TV show/Movie.
Lalaine who stared in the TV show as Lizzy's best friend "Miranda" has also entered the world of music... and I must say her voice seems to be better than Hilary's .... I don't mean to put Duff's music down, just tryna point out Lalaine (Parras)! ... the couple songs I heard from Lalaine made a much greater impression on me than Hilary's... Now I'm way too old for this kinda music, but I have younger brothers who are into this, so thats how I know.
Anyway...check Lalaine out if you're into Hilary!!

Wow.... that's new stuff (Lalaine)... I'd never heard them before, a more rock approach... i only knew "You wish" & "Running in circles" .. her voice seems more hidden in these... she's even adapted the "Hilary Duff" hair.
That's a mistake IMO, She's much more cute being her natural self.
I first saw Hilary in that "Cadet" movie ... i thought she was adorable.
I don't see the sex appeal you speak of, just extremely cute.

It's quite a common occurance when new artists sign up for their first contract with the big labels that there will be a stipulation for a best of.

i never liked Lalaine much on Lizzie Maguire, And i really dont like the sound of imposter Hilary, so i dont think i can be bothered to check her out. Besides, no one could ever replace the special feeling from singing nonsense Hilary songs that make you laugh at the ridiculousness, but also make you feel good about yourself at the same time...

im guessing that Hilary didnt get around to writing enough new material this year to release a completely new album so she’s decided to release the new album as half ‘unreleased’ and half ‘best of’, (fair enough, seeing as she put all her eggs in one basket with the 18 new songs on her last self-titled album)
It is a slightly dodgy move to just call it a Best Of, but then, what is there about Hilary that isnt just a bit dodgy?

PS- ehehe! this website lets you watch her video clips and ive never seen So Yesterday before! ahaha, go hilary, stealing some dude’s clothes, putting them on other people and taking polaroid photos. best revenge ever. :D

haha, they aired Cadet Kelly on a friday night last year, the weekend before our HSC maths exams started on monday.
my Hilary-obsessed friend taped it and by the end of the weekend, she had watched the movie 4 times... the best part was when Hilary and someone else a dance-off military style. (i cant remember if it was the dodgy dance where they patted their legs and shoulders a lot, or if they just twirled guns at each other, but it was pretty gold)
