Hey guys - Im just wanting to see if people recieved an email from the forum yesterday about Missy's birthday mail and also the changes to the forum?

Hello Everyone,

Firstly I would like to start by saying "Welcome" to all the new members of the forum from both Australia and the rest of the world.

I hope you are enjoying it and finding everything that you need. If you need anything or have any problems, please make sure you contact me at shenelle@missyhiggins.org.

I am writing this email for a couple of reasons.

Firstly - You would have noticed that the forum has changed a fair bit. This is to make room for an exciting new site that is currently in progress. You will have noticed that you no longer get transferred from the home page - now you have to click on "Forum" to get to the forum. All the other options will be put up shortly as we progress with re-designing the site! You will have access to alot more exciting pages and new info.

Please be advised that this is still an unofficial fan site and is not solicitored by Missy Higgins or her management - They are not responsible for anything that is published on the site or forum.

Please feel free to click around and see some of the new things that we are putting up - there will be competitions and lots of exciting things - so make sure you take a look. If any page comes back blank, please be advised that we are still working on it and it will hopefully be up shortly.

Missy has been doing a few post lately which we are very grateful for and also has completed a questionaire of questions that forum members have asked her. All of this will be put up on the home page of the forum under "Missy's Live Journal" - This will also have Missy's journal entries from myspace. (We are aware that quite a few people are unable or having trouble viewing this website - therefore we will simply copy the text from her BLOG and put it up for you all to read.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We would like to thank Leedsrhino for all the forum design work.

Secondly - As most of you know it was recently Missy's birthday (19th August) and she turned 22. Missy has been overseas for most of this year so far, and therfore was not here in Australia to celebrate her birthday. I have had quite a few people contact me about sending gifts/cards/letters to Missy for her birthday.

Please be advised that you are still able to do this and all items recieved will be given to Missy when she is in Australia on her October Tour. I know she appreciates all her fan mail and thinks its great. If you would like to show your appreciation, birthday wishes etc..please send all mail to:

Just out of interest to those members that didn't get the email, do you have a Hotmail address? If so, try having a look in your junk mail or spam folder as it may have been filtered into there. Same goes for anyone else that didn't receive it. I know a few email services can treat certain unsolicited emails as spam. Emails from this forum may have inadvertently slipped into that category. Apologies to those that received it more than once.
