Does anyone here follow this show? Not sure if we are up to date in NZ, I think we are. Deanna has just been told to leave .. very sad.

I reckon Meg should win, he is such a sweetheart, and what a voice!!! My fav girl is Jordas, she is pretty amazing.

must admit i never wanted to watch this show as i dont agree with the whole process... but I have caught the past 3 eps lately and must say as far as production and talent goes its really good... my first ep that i saw was when jordis sung the beatles track, and i was like wow!!
but umm u do know she got booted last wk dont u?? she was really talented but i guess still young!!
i really like marty...loved his song trees... i want that song :D
and susie q is pretty darn good too!
Just hope that jack ass j.d doesnt win!

Ooh well .. JD is a fighter, but I don't really like him, and don't want him to win, but I think INXS really likes his fighting spirit.
Is Ty still in it? I worry about his reaction if and when he gets kicked. I thought he was going to go crazy when he was in the bottom three the other night ..

awesome show but dont really like the fact they are turning this thing into a comp like he dies and they have a comp to see who can fill his shoes...i think its a little disrespectfull ...but there are some great dam talent !! they rock !! love watching it!!

um to be honest - it is selling out at the highest level
inxs were over when michael hutchence (sp? meh wahever) died. they should have decided to do a side-project or something. they failed with that first singer, now they are cashing in tryin to find a new one. its a disgrace
as for the show - they have done some good songs i hear, and a couple good singers, some pretty boys n whatever.
i really do not agree with this show at all, and im not a fan of inxs either.

Swede is right. It's selling out at the highest level, but god damn this is funny.
There's a bland youngster who clearly belongs in the Idol franchise. There's a walking rock n roll cliche, the guy who's utter crap and struts around as if he owns the place. There's your token Aussie. There's the token black guy who blames his unpopularity on his blackness and not the fact that he's just awful, there's your uncalled-for sickly gushing from the judges ie INXS, there's Dave Navarro making a fool of himself by sinking to such levels (Perry must be watching this laughing his head off).
They came up with the worst concept possible, and threw in the perfect blend of ingredients. Who give's a rat's arse who wins and fronts INXS. It's top tv, and that's all that matters.

Im actually glad she got the boot, shes got an amazing talented and deserves her own solo career, not fronting a band she didnt fit the bill for.

Ideally, Mig would win the comp and have an ordinary career with a band that's jumped the shark, and Marty can gain from the publicity of this show and get some attention for his own band.
The others can go back to their day jobs.

overall I really loved marty.. but I dont see him fronting that band, then again I dont agree with the whole recruiting some one new for the band... but i think that jd best fits the mould, too bad hes a tosser.
I think the song after the show (or wat ever its called) is being released to radio tomorrow..

i reackon the whole thing is overrated and i keep seeing a parralelle betwween bands trying to find new front mans and..when bonscott died..and acdc finding a successful front man,
And now bands were there front man dies thinks they can just do an acadaca....and it just doesnt happen!!
inxs will never be inxs again...not like they were! so it pisses me off when bands do this.....mind u we could see another successful attempt oneday...but in my belief still hasnt happedn since ac/dc...and dont get me wrong bon scott will always be da legend of ac/dc!!

AC/DC annoys me. Other than being very loud, which helps with the rawk, the music isn't very interesting.

I guess...you have your opinion but myself a very dedicated music lover of all music types colours genders and religions... being bought up with ac/dc and the massive effect they had not just on aussie music but on music as a whole made me have respect for them and what they did no matter if i like them or not!
